I wanted to know whether I spent more time on Google Reader or Gmail, so I broke down my history by domain name (differentiating further at the first level if necessary, for instance for google.com). The results are interesting, despite the fact that they don't really help with the original problem, since, as I realized halfway through, "pageviews" (the statistic being graphed below) aren't representative of the amount of time I spend on the site.

An easy way to get a rough estimate of this for your own data is to open the history pane (Ctrl+H) > View > By most viewed. This is only rough, though, since it differentiates between each individual URL. The first four for me are Gmail, for instance, at various gmail URLs. Roughly half of the top 40 or so are Google Reader. And Wikipedia/Google (searches) don't even show up in the top part at all, since I rarely go to the same wikipedia page or google the same thing twice.
